As of June 2023, AEGAON is no longer using fulfilment services. All orders are processed and packed for transport at our shop in Rotermanni 7, Tallinn, Estonia. Please know, that couriers come by our shop to pick up orders on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday around 3:00 PM.

-Customers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania can choose between all the Omniva pick-up points and Omniva courier. 

-Rest of the world is serviced by our partner DHL-s courier service. We know it's a more pricy option, but it's the only way both we and you can rest assure, that the order always gets delivered, with speed and to the right person. 

RETURNING THE  E-STORE ORDER

- It is extremely important that you let us know of your return intentions via our customer support e-mail hello(at)aegaon.com before you act. It's the only way you can be sure the refund process will also go quick and smooth. 

Returns are free ONLY with orders received via Omniva pick-up point service, within 14 days after receiving the order, using the return-code received in the notification SMS. 

Returns for the orders received with Omniva or DHL courier are paid by the customer. Please use the return package slip you received with the order the courier who brought you the order. AEGAON will deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount. 

REFUND TERMS IN A FEW WORD

AEGAON always makes the refund to the account the order was placed from.

Refunds are made only if the item is returned in the same condition it was received, meaning it has no signs of use and good for the next customer.

Refunds are carried out within 7 days after the return was received - and it has no signs of use. 

In case the order was shipped and returned via courier, AEGAON will deduct the return shipping cost from the returnable amount – which is always the same as was the shipping cost to the customer. 

Refunds are carried out in full amount also in the case the order is returned in excellent condition directly to our shop at Rotermanni 7, Tallinn, Estonia by the customer.
